The BioDeliver delivery tour app replaces the previously printed driver report and also offers other useful functions for both the driver and customer service after the driver has returned.
These include:• List of all orders of a tour with delivery indicators• Detailed information on each order• direct call function (if a valid phone number is available)• Direct access to Google Maps showing the delivery address and• Navigate from your current location• Box and deposit return with scan function• Delivery label and input of information for customer service• Transmission of delivery status and vehicle position to the BD tracking system• Refill list• Import the results into BioDeliver (boxes and deposits as credits, delivery time and customer service information in order information)Before the start of a delivery tour, the required data is called up via WiFi or Bluetooth via the BioDeliver MobileServer and saved on the smartphone.
No internet connection is required while driving - except for Google Maps if necessary (offline maps can also be used here).
After returning, the results of the respective tour are sent back to the BioDeliver MobileServer.
After that, the tour data can no longer be changed in the app.
